Usage Guide
- Listen Address: Address and port on public server (e.g., 0.0.0.0:18888)
- Target Address: Service address in virtual network (e.g., 10.144.144.2:8888)
- Rules are applied immediately without service restart
- Rules are stored in memory and need to be re-added after restart
